Chicken Potato Bake Recipe
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. minced green pepper
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese
- 2 1/2 c. cooked, minced chicken
- 1 (16 ounce.) pkg. frzn potato nuggets
- In saucepan cook onion and green pepper in butter till tender.
- Blend in soup and lowfat milk.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in cheese till melted.
- Stir in chicken.
- Spread in 12" x 7 1/2" x 2" baking pan.
- Arrange potato nuggets on top.
- Bake at 375 degrees for about 35 min.
