Chicken Artichoke Sausage Bake Recipe
- 1 piece chicken per person, thigh or possibly breast
- 2 links sausage per person (brown if you like but not necessary)
- 1 can artichoke hearts (or possibly 2 per person)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water chestnuts
- Red or possibly white wine to taste (approx. 1 can)
- Blend soup and wine.
- Add in all remaining ingredients and spoon over chicken in casserole or possibly roasting pan.
- Bake covered at 350 degrees 1 hour.
- Uncover and bake 15 min longer.
- Serve over rice.
