Bruschetta Mozzarella Recipe
- 1 lb Loaf Italian Bread
- 1/3 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x Clove Garlic chopped
- 1/2 tsp Salt optional
- 1/4 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
- 2 x Green Onions thinly sliced
- 1 med Tomato seeded and minced
- 1 1/2 c. Sargento Classic Supreme Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (6 ounce) Fresh Parsley Sprigs optional
- Cut bread in half lengthwise.
- Place cut side up on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Combine oil, garlic, salt and pepper; drizzle over bread.
- Sprinkle with green onions and tomato; top with Mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in upper half of oven at 500 degrees F for 5 to 7 min or possibly till cheese is melted and edges of bread are browned.
- Cut into 1-inch pcs.
- Place on serving platter; garnish with parsley.
