Bruschetta Mozzarella Recipe

  1. Cut bread in half lengthwise.
  2. Place cut side up on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  3. Combine oil, garlic, salt and pepper; drizzle over bread.
  4. Sprinkle with green onions and tomato; top with Mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake in upper half of oven at 500 degrees F for 5 to 7 min or possibly till cheese is melted and edges of bread are browned.
  6. Cut into 1-inch pcs.
  7. Place on serving platter; garnish with parsley.
