Pina Colada Jell O Shots Recipe

  1. I'm one of those friends when a party is happening always asked to bring my jell-o shots.
  2. I've mixed lots of concoctions so here's one.
  3. Refrigeraterum in freezer for 2 hrs before making.
  4. Dissolve the jello according to box directions
  5. Depending on how strong you want your shots follow these guidelines.
  6. For mild shots add in 1 c. cool rum, 3/4 c. cool water 1/4 c. coconut lowfat milk
  7. **For stronger shots add in 1 & 1/2 c. cool rum 1/4 c. cool water, and 1/4 c. coconut lowfat milk**
  8. Mix with a spoon, then ladle into shot glasses of your choice.
  9. I usually buy the smallest silo plastic c. and lids and use a turkey baster to transfer the liquid into the c..
  10. Snap the caps on and put into refrigerator.
  11. If you want a fast set put them into the freezer for an hour.
  12. Or possibly make ahead and freeze for a while and then bring out about an hour before the party.
  13. You can also make blue hawaiians doing this:
  14. Small box / 3/4 c. of cool rum and 1/4 c. of Blue Curacao
  15. Large box / 1 & 1/4 c. cool rum and 1/4 c. Blue Curacao
