Piquant Caper Salad Molds

  1. Put gelatin into 2 T cold water, mix until dissolved.
  2. Add boiling water.
  3. Cool slightly, add remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour into 12 small decorative individual molds.
  5. Chill until firm.
  6. Unmold and serve on lettuce leaf with dab of mayonnaise and sprinkling of paprika.
