Harvest Time Hot Apple Cider Recipe

• 1 gallon apple cider
• 1 lg. orange (whole)
• 48 whole cloves
• 4 sticks cinnamon
• Juice of one lemon
• 2 c. orange juice
• 1 c. sugar

1. Take the whole orange and arrange the whole cloves in rows of eight around the orange.
2. Combine ingredients and place the prepared orange in the liquid.
3. Bring to a boil.
4. Simmer for 20 min.
5. Strain the cider and serve warm.
