Pork and Red Cabbage

  1. Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper and brown in heavy skillet, about 5-6 minutes, turning until browned on all sides.
  2. Combine cabbage, onion, brown sugar, vinegar and water into slow cooker.
  3. Place pork in slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
