Noodle & Cheese Casserole

  1. COOK NOODLES IN SALTED, BOILING WATER UNTIL NEARLY DONE, RINSE WELL AND SET ASIDE.
  2. BROWN ONIONS IN MARGARINE.
  3. ADD GROUND BEEF AND SEASONINGS& FRY UNTIL MEAT LOSES IT'S RED COLOUR.
  4. COMBINE SOUP WITH MILK AND STIR WELL.
  5. IN A CASSEROLE DISH, PUT DOWN A LAYER OF NOODLES, TOP WITH A LAYER OF GROUND BEEF AND THEN A LAYER OF THE SOUP MIXTURE.
  6. REPEAT LAYERS ENDING WITH NOODLES.
  7. SPRINKLE WITH GRATED CHEESE AND POUR BEATEN EGGS ON TOP.
  8. BAKE IN A 350 DEGREE OVEN FOR ABOUT 60 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOP IS CRISP AND GOLDEN BROWN.
