Amy's Meatloaf
- 2 beaten eggs
- 34 cup milk
- 23 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 14 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon dried sage
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 dash pepper (forgot this)
- You can mix all ingredients except for meat in bowl and then add meat, or you can do as I did and just mix it all in one bowl.
- Pat mixture in loaf pan and then take out and bake on wire rack over cookie sheet lined with foil for easy clean up.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour or so until instant read thermometer reads 160 (I love this tool!
- ).
- You can put a layer of bbq sauce on top or ketchup or a sauce with 1/4 cup ketchup mixed with 2 TBS brown sugar and 1 teaspoons dry mustard.
- This can be baked and frozen or frozen before baking.
