Maple-Yogurt Topping with Bacon Bits

  1. Combine 1 Tbs.
  2. maple syrup with 1/2 tsp.
  3. ancho chile powder in cup.
  4. Heat nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
  5. Add bacon, brush with half of maple syrup mixture, and cook 1 minute.
  6. Flip, brush with remaining maple syrup mixture, and cook 2 minutes more, or until heated through.
  7. Cut into bite-size pieces, combine with yogurt, remaining 2 Tbs.
  8. maple syrup, chives, 1/4 tsp.
  9. chile powder, cayenne pepper, and salt in bowl.
