Vegetarian Mexican Lasagna
- 1 (12 ounce) package Morningstar Farms Meal Starters Grillers recipe crumbles
- 1 (16 ounce) can mild enchilada sauce (which ever level of heat you prefer)
- 1 (16 ounce) can vegetarian refried beans
- 8 flour tortillas
- 16 ounces Mexican blend cheese
- 1 14 ounces taco seasoning
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Start browning your sausage crumbles and add taco seasoning mix and required water (according to the taco seasoning packet).
- Spray non-stick spray into your baking dish.
- Place flour tortilla in bottom of baking dish.
- Place a layer of beans down.
- Place a layer of sausage crumbles.
- Spread out some enchilada sauce next.
- Place a layer of cheese down.
- Repeat until done.
- Top tortilla should only have a layer of enchilada sauce and cheese.
- Place in oven on middle rack.
- Bake for 25min.
- or until cheese on top is showing a golden brown color.
