Spicy Baked Fish
- 4 pieces White Flaky Fish. (I Used Flounder.)
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil, Or Enough Just To Drizzle Over The Fish
- 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoons Dried Thyme
- 1/2 teaspoons Your Favorite Creole Seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 4 Lemon Wedges (optional)
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Put clean, dry fish on a rimmed baking sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.
- Drizzle a small amount of olive oil onto each piece of fish.
- Combine all of the remaining ingredients except the lemon (.e.
- all of the spices) in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle about 1/2 teaspoon of the seasoning onto each piece of fish and rub all over the top of the fish.
- Bake for about 10 minutes.
- Serve with lemon wedges if desired.
