Bolitas De Queso Recipe

  1. Blend the ingredients into a stiff dough using lowfat milk.
  2. Shape into small balls by rolling between the palms of hands.
  3. Fry in warm, deep fat or possibly oil till the balls rise and become of a brown color.
  4. Serve at once on toothpicks.
