Apricot Salad

  1. Drain apricots and mandarin oranges (and pineapple).
  2. Reserve juices.
  3. Chop apricots.
  4. Dissolve gelatin in hot water; add 1 cup reserved juice with apricots, oranges and marshmallows.
  5. Place in 9 x 13-inch dish.
  6. Chill until firm.
  7. Blend sugar, flour, egg, butter and remaining 1 cup juice.
  8. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
  9. Chill.
  10. Fold in whipped cream.
  11. Spread over firm gelatin.
  12. Chill and serve.
  13. Makes 15 servings.
