Robinmay's Icecream and Oreo Cake

  1. crush oreos with a rolling pin or in food processer until somewhat chunky still (not too fine)
  2. set aside a handful of crumbs for topping...then pour oreo crumbs into the bottom of a 9x13 pan (or what ever size you have on hand)
  3. warm up hot fudge sauce and drizzle jar (reserving a little for top) on top of the oreo crust
  4. repeat step three with caramel sauce
  5. spread icecream that has been softened a little over crust and smooth out with a rubber spatula
  6. nicely drizzle your left over caramel and fudge sauce on top of icecream and sprinkle with the extra crushed oreos
  7. cover and put in the freezer for a couple hours
  8. slice and serve with whipped cream on top
  9. *** I have made with coffee and peanut butter icecream both very good***also have made in a spring form pan for nice presentation
  10. I have also made with peanut butter creme oreos...so good
