Robinmay's Icecream and Oreo Cake
- 1 container vanilla icecream (or your flavor of choice)
- 1 jar caramel sauce
- 1 jar hot fudge sauce
- 1 packages oreo cookies
- 1 can whipped cream
- crush oreos with a rolling pin or in food processer until somewhat chunky still (not too fine)
- set aside a handful of crumbs for topping...then pour oreo crumbs into the bottom of a 9x13 pan (or what ever size you have on hand)
- warm up hot fudge sauce and drizzle jar (reserving a little for top) on top of the oreo crust
- repeat step three with caramel sauce
- spread icecream that has been softened a little over crust and smooth out with a rubber spatula
- nicely drizzle your left over caramel and fudge sauce on top of icecream and sprinkle with the extra crushed oreos
- cover and put in the freezer for a couple hours
- slice and serve with whipped cream on top
- *** I have made with coffee and peanut butter icecream both very good***also have made in a spring form pan for nice presentation
