Pralines Chocolate Tart
- 1 Tart dough
- 1 Caramel Pralines
- 30 grams Cake flour
- 5 grams Cocoa
- 1 grams Baking powder
- 60 grams Milk chocolate
- 20 grams Butter
- 1 tsp Rum
- 1 large size Egg
- 30 grams Granulated sugar
- 10 grams Milk
- Follow Steps 1 through 9 of the Tart Dough recipe,to make pate sucree (you can bake it ahead of time).
- Make half of the Caramel Praline recipe,(or you can omit it).
- Make the brownie dough...
- Combine and sift the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- Warm the milk.
- Add the chocolate, butter, and rum to a bowl and melt by immersing in hot water.
- Preheat your oven to 170C.
- In a separate bowl, add the eggs, granulated sugar, and warmed milk and mix together using a whisk.
- Add Step 5 to 4 a little at a time.
- Mix until glossy.
- Sift the powdered ingredients again and add to Step 6.
- Mix together.
- Pour into the pan, and top with the caramel praline you made in Step 2.
- Heat in the oven at 170 C for about 25 minutes.
- (If you pre-baked the tart dough in Step 1, then bake for 15 minutes).
- Garnish and it's complete.
- Cutting it up into sticks is not just easy to eat, but also cute.
