clams with sundried tomatoes

  1. saute butter, clams,tomatoes pinch of red pepper flake and garlic till garlic starts to brown
  2. cooking over med heat add wine and reduce till all clams open and broth is reduced by half
  3. finish with chopped fresh basil and also use as garnish
