White Lasagna

  1. In a large saucepan, cook noodles, drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook meats, celery, onion and garlic until meat is browned and vegetables tender.
  3. Drain off fat.
  4. Stir in spices; add cream and cream cheese.
  5. Cook and stir until melts.
  6. Stir in wine.
  7. Gradually add cheeses, stirring until melted; remove from heat.
  8. Combine cottage cheese and egg.
  9. Layer noodles, meat, melted cheeses and cottage cheese mixture.
  10. Cook 30 to 40 minutes at 375u0b0.
  11. Serves 6 to 8 people.
