Flank Steak Tacos
- 1 beef flank steak (1 lb./450 g), 3/4 inch thick Safeway 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09
- 2 ears corn on the cob, husks and silk removed
- 8 corn tortillas, stacked, wrapped in foil
- 1/4 cup Kraft Italian Zesty Lime Dressing, divided
- 1 plum tomato, finely chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onions
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 large fully ripe avocado Target 10 ea For $10.00 thru 02/06
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Habanero Heat Cheese
- Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Score both sides of steak with sharp knife.

- Grill steak and corn 6 min.
- ; turn.
- Add tortillas to barbecue; grill 6 to 7 min.
- or until steak is medium doneness (160 degrees F) and corn is tender, turning corn and tortillas occasionally and brushing steak with 2 Tbsp.

- Cut kernels from corn cobs.
- Combine with tomatoes, onions, cilantro, peppers and lime juice; mix well.
- Mash avocado in medium bowl.
- Add sour cream and remaining dressing; mix well.
- Cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
- Spread avocado mixture evenly down centres of each tortilla; top with meat, corn salsa and cheese.
- Roll up.
