Grilled Peach Crisps

  1. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Sprinkle over cut sides of peaches.
  3. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  4. Coat grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill.
  5. Place peaches cut side down on grill rack.
  6. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until the peaches are tender and begin to caramelize.
  7. Place peaches in dessert bowls.
  8. Serve with ice cream and granola if desired.
