Spaghetti In Meatball And Chinese Sausage Broth
- 1 tbsp oil
- 10 small store bought any meatball
- 1 stick thinly slice chinese sausages ( lap cheong )/ or any smoked ham
- 1 tsp each of dice garlic,shallot and ginger
- 3 large thinly slice dried shitake mushrooms
- 150 grams Spaghetti
- 4 cup choy sum or any green vegetables
- 500 ml any stock
- With oil saute the dice garlic ,shallot and ginger with the meatball and slice chinese sausage ,then add in slice shitake mushrooms and stock and bring it to a boil
- Directly add in the spaghetti and simmer for 5 minutes then add in some green vegetables ans cover lid and continue simmer for another 3 minutes till spaghetti are cooked
- Add seasoning and and simmer for another 1 minutes then serve
