Spaghetti In Meatball And Chinese Sausage Broth

  1. With oil saute the dice garlic ,shallot and ginger with the meatball and slice chinese sausage ,then add in slice shitake mushrooms and stock and bring it to a boil
  2. Directly add in the spaghetti and simmer for 5 minutes then add in some green vegetables ans cover lid and continue simmer for another 3 minutes till spaghetti are cooked
  3. Add seasoning and and simmer for another 1 minutes then serve
