Herbed Chicken Casserole Recipe

  1. Season chicken and brown slowly in skillet with butter.
  2. Arrange browned chicken skin side up in 11 x 8 x 2 pan.
  3. Sauce:
  4. Add in soup to drippings in skillet, add in sauterne.
  5. Stir till smooth; add in remaining ingredients.
  6. Heat to boil.
  7. Pour sauce over chicken; cover with foil.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
  9. Uncover and bake 25-35 min.
  10. Serve with rice.
