Chilled Tomato, Avocado and Shrimp Pasta With Japanese Seasonings
- 80 grams Spaghetti (thin pasta like capellini is best)
- 1/2 Tomato (medium)
- 1/4 Avocado
- 5 Shrimp
- 3 Imitation crab sticks
- 5 leaves Shiso leaves
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 cm plus Wasabi paste
- 1 clove Garlic (grated)
- Combine the ingredients marked and make the sauce.
- Peel the boiled shrimps, cut the imitation crab sticks into bite-sized pieces, shred the shiso leaves and dice the tomato and avocado into 1 cm cubes.
- Mix everything with the sauce made in Step 1.
- When the pasta has boiled to your desired degree of firmness, rinse well under cold running water and drain.
- Mix it with the sauce from Step 2.
- *Taste it, and add more soy sauce if it's too light for you.
- Transfer it to a serving plate and it's done.
