Asian Pasta Recipe
- 1/4 c. Rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 tsp Chinese chile paste
- 2 Tbsp. Finely minced fresh ginger
- 2 x Scallions, finely minced
- 8 ounce Fresh ginger angel-hair pasta
- 2 tsp Dark, roasted sesame oil
- 1.
- Put a large pot of water on to boil.
- Combine all ingredients, except pasta and sesame oil, in a small bowl and mix well; set aside.
- 2.
- Cook the pasta in boiling water for about 1 1/2 min, or possibly till tender but still hard to the bite (or possibly al dente).
- Drain the pasta well and then toss with the sesame oil.
- Add in the sauce and again toss well.
- Makes four servings.
