Easy Lasagna
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 minced onion
- 1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
- 1 large can spaghetti sauce
- 1 large can tomato paste
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, sliced or shredded
- 5 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 lb. cottage cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. grated Italian cheese
- Brown meat, onion and garlic in frypan.
- Add spaghetti sauce and seasonings.
- Cook noodles.
- Drain well.
- Arrange in baking dish a layer of cooked noodles, cottage cheese to which a beaten egg has been added, a layer of Mozzarella cheese and meat sauce. Continue layers until dish is full.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a 325u0b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
