Rigatoni Casserole

  1. On medium-high heat, saute beef, onion and garlic 4 minutes or until beef is browned.
  2. Stir in spaghetti sauce and pepper. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes.
  3. In bowl, combine Ricotta, milk and salt.
  4. Add rigatoni; toss to coat well.
  5. Spoon 1/2 the rigatoni mixture into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
  6. Top with 1/2 the Mozzarella and 1/2 the sauce.
  7. Repeat.
  8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes.
