Low Fat Grilled Stuffed Peppers

  1. Combined all ingredients except bell peppers.
  2. Spoon mixture into peppers.
  3. Cook meat mixture down under broiler (about 6 inches from coils) until the pepper is charred.
  4. Flip pepper over and cook until the meat is no longer pink in the middle.
  5. (about 5 minutes).
