Unbelievable Caesar Dressing

• 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
• 3 cloves fresh garlic
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 3 anchovies packed in oil
• 8 tablespoons olive oil

1. Whirl everything in the blender except the oil.
2. When thoroughly blended and liquid, slowly add the oil (while the blender is running).
