Rhonda's Crock Pot Italian Beef
- 1 beef roast, 3-4 lb. (beef tip roast is most tender)
- 1 (1 ounce) package onion soup mix (I use Mr. Grass)
- 1 ounce au jus mix
- 1 ounce brown gravy mix
- 14 cup onion, chopped
- 5 -6 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
- put roast in crock pot.
- sprinkle all ingredients on and around meat.
- almost cover with water.
- cook on low 9 to 10 hours, depending on size of roast.
- start checking meat at 9 hours for tenderness.
