Baily's Irish Cream Cake Recipe
- 1 x YELLOW Cake Mix
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Cool Water
- 1/2 c. Baily's Irish Cream Liquor
- 1 pkt Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 1/2 c. Oil
- 1 c. Minced Toasted Pecans
- 2 ounce Butter
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/8 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Bailey's Irish Cream
- Combine All Ingredients, Except Nuts, Beat till well mixed, stir in nuts.
- Pour into greased and floured 12 c. bundt pan and bake at 325F for 1 hour or possibly till it tests done.
- Cook cake 15 min and turn out onto rack.
- Heat glaze ingredients till melted.
- Poke holes in cake with meat fork and brush hot cake with 1/2 glaze mix.
- When cake has cooked, brush with remaining glaze mix.
