The Teriyaki Chicken Recipe
- 2 lb. chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon ginger
- 2-1/2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon vinegar
- 1 clove garlic mashed
- Marinate the chicken from 30-60 minutes.
- Broil or barbeque the chicken.
- Broil chicken thighs with bones no skin 10 minutes on each side and then turn the oven to 350 for another 10 minutes.
- Deboned skinless thighs take just the broiling 10 minutes a side.
