Cherry and Red Wine Turkey Burgers (Topped with Grilled Peaches)

  1. Combine turkey, bread crumbs, basil, onion, cherries and wine in a medium sized mixing bowl.
  2. Mix to incorporate your burger add-ins somewhat evenly, and form it into four evenly sized patties.
  3. Grill over medium heat for 20-25 minutes or until juices run clear.
  4. Pit and halve the peach.
  5. Grill the peach flesh side down, also over medium heat for about five minutes.
  6. Slice peach with a serrated knife, and top each burger with a thick slice of peach.
