Cajun Pumpkin Seed Mix
- 2- 1/2 cups Pumpkin Seeds
- 2 cups Whole Almonds
- 2 cups Thin Pretzel Sticks
- 8 ounces, weight Wheat Thins Stix (Fire-Roasted Tomato)
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Creole Or Cajun Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
- Salt To Taste
- Before starting the cooking process, make sure that your pumpkin seeds are thoroughly rinsed and dried.
- In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin seeds, almonds, pretzel sticks, and Wheat Thins Stix.
- Evenly coat with the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce and spices.
- Spread onto a cooking sheet (you will need two cooking sheets or youll need to split it into two batches).
- Cook in an oven set to 275 degrees (Fahrenheit) for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until golden brown.
