South Seas Chicken Recipe
- 1 medium green pepper, chunked into bite size
- 10 ounce. fresh pineapple, diced
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 teaspoon dehyrated onion
- 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon pineapple extract
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid sweetener
- Bake chicken, skinned for 1 1/4 hrs at 300 degrees, basting with soy sauce.
- Bone.
- 8 ounces per recipe.
