Creole Fish Fillets

  1. Place fish on greased rack of broiler pan.
  2. Broil 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing frequently with 3 tablespoons of the butter, melted.
  3. Cook and stir celery, onion and green pepper in remaining butter.
  4. Blend in flour.
  5. Stir in tomato and VELVEETA.
  6. Stir on low heat until VELVEETA is melted.
  7. Serve over hot fish.
