Steak And Potato Casserole
- 6 to 8 pieces steak or pork chops
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 3 cans water
- 8 to 10 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, cut in strips
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- In electric skillet at 350u0b0, add oil and
- brown meat on both sides.
- You can use another skillet on toptf
- the stove using medium-high heat.
- Remove
- meat from skillet after brown and drain off grease.
- Mix soup and water until dissolved in a bowl.tut potatoes, onion
- and
- pepper
- in skillet or a large bakingtish. Place
- meat
- on
- top
- of
- potatoes.
- Pour
- soup mixture over this and cook covered at 275u0b0 in electric skillet about 1 hour or bake in 300u0b0 oven until meat is tender, about 1 hour.
- Stir occasionally to keep potatoes from sticking.
