Steak And Potato Casserole

• 6 to 8 pieces steak or pork chops
• 1 can mushroom soup
• 3 cans water
• 8 to 10 medium potatoes, sliced
• 1 medium onion, sliced
• 1 green bell pepper, cut in strips
• 3 Tbsp. oil
• salt and pepper to taste

1. In electric skillet at 350u0b0, add oil and
2. brown meat on both sides.

4. the stove using medium-high heat.
5. Remove
6. meat from skillet after brown and drain off grease.
7. Mix soup and water until dissolved in a bowl.tut potatoes, onion
8. and
9. pepper
10. in skillet or a large bakingtish. Place
11. meat

13. top
14. of
15. potatoes.
16. Pour
17. soup mixture over this and cook covered at 275u0b0 in electric skillet about 1 hour or bake in 300u0b0 oven until meat is tender, about 1 hour.
18. Stir occasionally to keep potatoes from sticking.
