Glazed Chocolate Loaf Recipe
- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines Swiss chocolate cake mix
- 1 c. quick oatmeal
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Crisco oil
- Grease two 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pans.
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Add in water, Large eggs and oil; blend.
- Then beat for 2 min at medium speed.
- Divide batter in 2 pans.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min till inserted toothpick comes clean.
- Cold 10 min in pan, remove and cold on racks.
