Glazed Chocolate Loaf Recipe

  1. Grease two 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pans.
  2. Combine dry ingredients.
  3. Add in water, Large eggs and oil; blend.
  4. Then beat for 2 min at medium speed.
  5. Divide batter in 2 pans.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min till inserted toothpick comes clean.
  7. Cold 10 min in pan, remove and cold on racks.
