Zucchini Casserole
- 6 slices cubed bread
- 4 cups cubed zucchini
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 md. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushrooms
- 1 can water
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) shredded chedder cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Put bread in bottom of dish, boil zucchini until tender, drain and add to top of bread.
- Brown hamburger and onion, drain and put on top of zucchini.
- Mix cream of mushroom soup and water with a fork, then spread on top with salt and pepper.
- Last add cheese.
- Bake until cheese melts, 15-20 minutes at 350F.
