Zucchini Casserole

• 6 slices cubed bread
• 4 cups cubed zucchini
• 1 lb. hamburger
• 1 md. chopped onion
• 1 can cream of mushrooms
• 1 can water
• 1 pkg. (12 oz.) shredded chedder cheese
• Salt and pepper to taste

1. Put bread in bottom of dish, boil zucchini until tender, drain and add to top of bread.
2. Brown hamburger and onion, drain and put on top of zucchini.
3. Mix cream of mushroom soup and water with a fork, then spread on top with salt and pepper.
4. Last add cheese.
5. Bake until cheese melts, 15-20 minutes at 350F.
