Bayou Seafood Casserole

  1. Melt cream cheese and oleo in top of double boiler.
  2. Saute shrimp, onion, pepper and celery in 2 tablespoons oleo.
  3. Add cream cheese and oleo.
  4. Blend well.
  5. Add soup, mushrooms, seasonings, crab meat and rice.
  6. Blend well.
  7. Place in oiled 2-quart casserole dish and top with Cheddar and cracker crumbs.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
  9. Freezes well for short time.
