Fresh Fruit Pudding for 2

  1. Drain pineapple; reserve juice.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, combine pudding mix and about 1/4 cup of reserved pineapple juice; blend thoroughly.
  4. In a small bowl, combine fruit.
  5. Gently fold pudding into fruit.
  6. Chill and serve.
