Baked Triple-Veggie Dip

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Reserve 1/4 cup Parmesan.
  3. Mix remaining Parmesan with all remaining ingredients until blended.
  4. Spoon into 2-L baking dish; sprinkle with reserved Parmesan.
  5. Bake 35 min.
  6. or until lightly browned.
