Sauerkraut And Pork Chops Recipe
- 1 lg. onion, sliced
- 1 pkg. of sauerkraut
- 4 or possibly 5 pork chops
- Paprika
- 1/4 c. rice (uncooked)
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 c. water
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- Brown pork chops.
- Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Line casserole dish with onion.
- Place 1/2 of sauerkraut in casserole.
- Place pork chops next.
- Spread rice on top.
- Place remaining sauerkraut on rice.
- Mix soup with water and sugar.
- Pour over casserole.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
