Honey's Corn Pudding

  1. Butter a casserole dish (I use a rectangular 1.
  2. 5 qt... round one works well, too).
  3. Beat eggs until frothy and set aside.
  4. Melt butter in saucepan.
  5. Stir in flour, salt and sugar.
  6. Cook until bubbly.
  7. Add milk and cook until thick.
  8. Stir in corn.
  9. Stir in eggs that have been beaten.
  10. Pour into well buttered casserole dish.
  11. Bake in a hot water bath at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  12. (Sit the dish down into a larger pan or casserole dish that contains an inch of water).
