Zucchini Cracker Toppers Or Dips
- 1/4 c. chili sauce
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/2 c. chopped zucchini
- 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can deviled ham spread
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. zucchini, shredded and drained
- 1/2 c. margarine, softened
- 3 Tbsp. zucchini, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. carrot, grated
- 1 Tbsp. celery, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- several small zucchini, centers removed with apple corer
- 4 oz. softened cream cheese
- 2 slices crumbled bacon
- garlic salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped zucchini
- 2/3 c. tomato sauce
- 5 drops hot pepper sauce
- 4 oz. cream cheese, cut in chunks
- 1 dill pickle, finely chopped
- Simmer onion, zucchini, tomato sauce and hot pepper sauce for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Put in blender container with cream cheese; blend until very smooth.
- Stir in chopped dill pickle.
- Chill until ready to serve.
