Crunchy Oven Fried Fish Recipe
- 1 pound fish fillets
- 1/3 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 3/4 c. finely crushed corn chips
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- If fish fillets are large, cut into 5 serving pcs.
- Mix lowfat sour cream, lemon juice and chili pwdr.
- Dip fish into lowfat sour cream mix; coat with chips.
- Place in generous greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
- Pour butter over fish.
- Place dish on oven rack which is slightly above middle positions of oven.
- Cook uncovered in 500 degree oven till fish flakes easily with fork, 10-12 min.
- Serve with sliced avocado and tomatoes if you like.
