Sour Pickle and Sweet Peppers Coleslaw
- 12 head red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 red bell peppers, roasted, peeled, seeded, and julienned
- 12 large onion, julienned
- 1 dill pickle, julienned
- 1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 12 teaspoon celery seed
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients very well.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Keep refrigerated.
