BOCA Chik'n Pot Pie

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Combine all ingredients except pie crusts.
  3. Place 1 pie crust in 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Fill with vegetable mixture.
  5. Cover with remaining crust; seal and flute edge.
  6. Cut several slits in top crust to allow steam to escape.
  7. Bake 35 to 40 min.
  8. or until golden brown.
  9. Let stand 10 min.
  10. before serving.
