Best-Ever Burritos For Two
- 1 cup frozen BOCA Veggie Ground Crumbles
- 2 cups chopped mixed fresh vegetables (small broccoli florets, carrots, green peppers, onions)
- 1/2 cup fat-free reduced-sodium vegetable broth
- 1-1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 high-fiber whole wheat tortillas (8 inch), warmed
- Cook ground crumbles, vegetables, broth and chili powder in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 8 to 10 min.
- or until crumbles are heated through and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in cheese and cilantro; spoon down centers of tortillas.
- Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up, burrito style.
