BBQ Pulled Pork
- 3 lb Pork shoulder
- 1 tsp Seasoning salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 2 tsp Sage
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 18 oz Bottle bbq sauce
- 8 Hamburger buns or rolls
- Pull out pork butt and trim fat if needed.
- Rub the pork butt with oil.
- Mix the seasonings together.
- Rub seasoning mix all over pork butt.
- Place pork butt in crock pot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- Remove pork butt when finished cooking.
- Let sit for 10 minutes then pull apart with fingers or forks.
- Discard the cooking water and place the pulled pork back in the crocket pot.
- Add full bottle of BBQ sauce and mix.
- Cook for another hour on low and serve
