Amazing Tarako Udon (Udon Noodles with Salt-Cured Cod Roe)

  1. Boil the udon noodles.
  2. In the meantime, mix the ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Put the freshly boiled noodles in the bowl from Step 2.
  4. There's no need to shake the cooking water off the noodles.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Transfer to a serving plate, sprinkle on top with nori seaweed or shio-kombu and enjoy.
